Nokia N95 Problem

After experiencing number of problems with my Nokia N95 I have decided to exchange the phone. The problems I was experiencing are; No Sim Card. Unable to receive call, unable to connect.  This can be fixed by taking the battery out for few seconds and putting it back in.  This is happening regularly and I assume it was a software problem and therefore I have decided to exchange it. 

The New phones N95 still have few problems but much better the old one.

    have to power up again

    that is rediculous
    They really harm their reputation by releasing a phone with
    so many problems
